This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes activities that are prohibited when using PulseWatch. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Submitting reports known to be false or misleading.
- Automated report submission except through authorized API partnerships.
- Attempts to bypass rate limiting, plan limits, or abuse protections.
- Scraping or mirroring incident data beyond the allowances of your plan.
- Using the Service to harass individuals, spread misinformation, or disparage competitors.
- Reverse engineering the detection engine or extracting proprietary thresholds.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other customers' accounts or data.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. We may also report activity to law enforcement where required.

Report suspected abuse of the Service to abuse@pulsewatch.us.
